IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist at ComTech IT, I’ve taken on varied roles including Helpdesk Technician, Field Support Technician, and Junior Web Developer. I’ve worked on internal projects, provided client support both remotely and on-site, and contributed to cybersecurity efforts—specifically around Cyber Essentials assessments. This diverse experience has strengthened my skills across multiple areas of IT and continues to fuel my passion for the field.

As an IT Support Apprentice at ComTech IT, I worked as a helpdesk technician, handling day-to-day support requests and troubleshooting technical issues. I also gained experience in basic web support, assisting with site updates and maintenance.
